A Chosen People

Have you heard the phrase, “chosen people” used of the Jews? What do we mean by that phrase? Does God really choose a people? And if He does, how does He determine who is chosen? And if they are chosen, what are they chosen for? If God chose a people in the Old Testament, does he choose people in the New Testament, or even today? If God chooses people, where does free choice factor in? Today we are going to try to answer those questions.
